Tuition and Fees Refund Request Form

Students wishing to request a refund of tuition and/or fees for a specific semester must do so within thirty (30) days following the end of the semester. Requests received after the 30-day grace period will not be considered.

• Please send a copy of any pertinent documentation (a medical statement from your physician is required if the appeal is related to medical reasons).
• Email documents to StudentRecords@witcc.edu or mail to:

• If you have questions regarding the completion of this form, please contact StudentRecords@witcc.edu.
• You will receive a written response to your request as soon a possible after the last date of attendance information is received from your instructors. Please ask each instructor to email StudentRecords@witcc.edu with this information.
• If your request is not granted, you will still be liable for your unpaid account.
