Fitness Classes for Fall 2025

HIIT @ 12pm on Mondays in the Gym 
Short, intense bursts with quick rests make this workout fast, efficient, and great for building strength and endurance. 

30/30 @ 12:30pm on Tuesdays in the Gym 
A balanced workout with 30 minutes of high-intensity cardio followed by 30 minutes of targeted body sculpting. 

Instructor’s Choice @ 4:30pm on Wednesdays in the Gym
1st & 3rd Wed each month
Enjoy a different workout each week varying from strength training, cardio, flexbility, or a combination workout.
