If you are a current student or recent graduate

• Log into my.witcc.edu
• Locate the Academic Self-Service card
• Click Unofficial Transcripts
• Follow the instructions that follow

If you are an alum without access to MyWIT

Send an email to StudentRecords@witcc.edu with the following information:

• Subject: Request Unofficial Transcript
• Name (full legal name at graduation)
• Email
• Date of birth
• Last 4 of SSN (only the last 4, do not include the full SSN)
• Address (when you attended Western Iowa Tech)
